The Boys & Girls Clubs in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Wellington and the Program Support Center will be closed on Thursday and Friday, July 4 & 5, for the Indepence Day Holiday. Summer Hours at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer CountyFort Collins Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. Morning drop-off fees charged 7:30 - 11:00 a.m. Regular hours 11:00 am - 6:00 pm are covered by the annual $5 membership fee. Loveland Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. Morning drop-off fees charged 7:30 - 11:00 a.m. Regular hours 11:00 am - 6:00 pm are covered by the annual $5 membership fee. Wellington Monday thru Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Morning Drop-Off Fees for Fort Collins and Loveland Clubs: For summer morning Club attendance (7:30 - 11:00 am), fee is $10 a day for one child; or $15 a day per family for two or more children from the same family. (No additional fees are charged to attend the Club 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) Scholarships are available if you are unable to pay all or a portion of the morning drop-off fee. If Poudre School District cancels school, the Fort Collins and Wellington Clubs are closed. If Thompson School District cancels school, the Loveland Boys & Girls Club is closed. Late-Start and Early-Release due to weatherIf the schools release early due to weather, the Clubs are closed. Late start does not affect Club operations. June 4, 2012 Fort Collins Boys & Girls Club Summer Hours Begin on Monday, June 4, 2012 The Club will be closed for cleaning and maintenance all week, May 28 - June 1. Loveland & Wellington Clubs - Summer Hours Begin Loveland and Wellington Clubs - Summer Hours Begin on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 The Clubs in Loveland & Wellington will be closed for cleaning and maintenance all week, May 21 - 25, and closed for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 28, 2012.
8-year-old Gabriella pens letter to the editor
Gabriella, an 8-year-old Fort Collins Boys & Girls Club member, wrote a letter to the editor about all the fun things to do at the Club. A number of kids at the Club wrote letters in conjunction with 4/20 to say what they would be doing that day instead of smoking pot, and Gabriella's was published in the Fort Collins Coloradoan. Baseball Team Donates Proceeds from Cow-Pie Bingo to BGCLC
Young philanthropist involves baseball teammates in giving. The Bomber Baseball Team from Fort Collins shared the proceeds from their "Cowpie Bingo" fundraiser with the Fort Collins Boys & Girls Club to support summer scholarships.
Rotary After Work put on another wonderful Black Tie Bingo at the Rio to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, IdeaWild, and RYLA - the Rotary Young Leaders Academy.
Ian Dreitz, Wellington, named BGCLC Youth of the Year
Ian Dreitz was named 2010 Youth of the Year and represented the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County at the statewide competition on March 22 & 23 in Denver.
Fundraiser Honors Outstanding Youth

The Northern Colorado community came together to share the love and honor some outstanding young people at the 2010 Building Incredible Kids Breakfast, held at the Embassy Suites - Loveland Hotel, Spa, and Convention Center. The generosity of our sponsors and guests was evident: a total of $168,000 was contributed to support the amazing kids and youth who depend on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County for a safe place, staffed by caring professionals, and offering proven programs that make a difference in kids' lives.
